Job Description

Stonebridge Builders, a locally owned and operated general contractor specializing in apartment community renovations, is actively searching for a rock star to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. We are looking for an amazing person with experience in business to business account management and relationship development in the Denver apartment industry.  An upbeat, positive, dynamic personality is essential to this role.  Stonebridge is ready to go to the next level… are you the one to help get us there?


Functional Responsibilities

  • Make an Impact: Develop and cultivate new multi-family accounts while maintaining existing accounts.

  • Be in the Field: From cold calling to networking events to appointments with properties, you will be consistently on the go in the Denver Metro. Lucky for you, we provide you with a company car!

  • Networking: Extensively network within the multi-family industry through luncheons, happy hours, trade shows, AAMD and other association events, cold calling via phone, digital, and in-person, and appointments. The sky’s the limit—we encourage you to get creative with your networking!


Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent communication, telephone skills, and professional appearance. Superior interpersonal skills including diplomacy, and persuasiveness. And quite frankly, we want you to be friendly and approachable!  Positive attitude with a high energy level and tactful sales mentality is a must and above all else, persistence is the key.

  • Computer knowledge with proficiency in database management, preferably SalesForce.

  • Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detailed oriented.

  • A high school diploma is required, and we will give preference to those with a college degree or military service. Basic construction knowledge is a plus.

  • Current or previous experience in the multi-family market and or the Apartment Association of Metro Denver is highly preferred.

  • Community Managers and or Assistant Community Managers are encouraged to apply!
